Why Nooks acquired FullyRamped

I’m excited to announce that Nooks has acquired FullyRamped, an AI-native sales coaching platform. Its founder, Aaron Marks, joins our product team to help shape the next generation of Nooks’ agent capabilities.
Over the past decade, modern revenue tech stacks have excelled at generating intelligence; however, sales teams still struggle to consistently leverage that intelligence to drive better sales outcomes at scale. This is what we call the "revenue execution gap", and agentic revenue execution goes beyond giving sellers another recommended action. It’s a system capable of participating in the work of selling itself.
After launching in 2024, FullyRamped differentiated itself by building fine-tuned voice agents for mock sales calls. Unlike other tools that only offer post-call recommendations and static scripts, FullyRamped’s voice agents simulate hyper-realistic prospects, helping sales teams scale practice across large revenue teams. These agents continuously adapt and refine their approach by drawing from each organization's unique context.
It's one of the clearest examples I've seen of agentic execution applied to a single part of the revenue lifecycle: sales coaching.
Nooks applies this model to building revenue agents across all aspects of the revenue lifecycle. Nooks’ agents don't just tell a rep who to call or what to say next; they prioritize signals, craft outreach, help move deals forward, and learn from what actually happens across accounts, conversations, and outcomes.
It’s clear that Aaron and I share the same vision for what the next generation of the GTM stack should look like, and his expertise will accelerate our ambition to build a platform that enables humans and agents to work together across the revenue lifecycle: spanning prospecting, engagement, deal acceleration, coaching, and lifecycle automation.
Welcome to the team, Aaron!
