Featured skills

Automate the prospecting your reps put off.

Daily deal brief

Mid Funnel

Preps a brief for every meeting on the rep's calendar: why the account matters now, the buyer's tools today, and questions or competitors to expect. Shows its reasoning and drafts the agenda email, ready to send.

Business Case

Mid Funnel

Pulls the buyer's stated problem from calls, emails and CRM notes, then builds a business case with the cost of waiting and industry proof. Updates after every call, ready for the champion to forward.

Intro Call Coach

Early Funnel

For Managers

Scores the intro call on whether it succeeded in moving the deal forward. It flags what's still open and gives the rep the line to close it on the next call.

Multithreading post call

Early Funnel

Finds who a single-threaded deal is missing, starting with people the buyer named. Drafts outreach in the buyer's order, with contact details for anyone not in the CRM.

Discovery gap detection

For Managers

Deal Risk

Tracks which discovery questions have been answered while the call is live, then prompts the rep with the ones still open before it ends.

  • What sales leaders ask before they add the Deal Agent.

Got questions? Here’s what sales leaders usually ask first.

    What is the Deal Agent?

The Deal Agent is Nooks' agent for the work that happens between meetings on an open deal. It sends the follow-ups buyers were promised and keeps the CRM current, and on single-threaded deals it finds the contacts who are missing and drafts the outreach to bring them in.

It works through skills, each one a single job such as a daily deal brief, a post-call follow-up or a business case, and it carries the account's context from one skill to the next.

Will the Deal Agent send emails or update the CRM without my approval?

You decide whether the Deal Agent acts on its own. Reps can approve each email or CRM update before it goes out, or let the agent run.

Will the follow-up sound like my reps?

The Deal Agent writes follow-ups in each rep's voice. Each draft is checked against 500+ examples of bad AI sales writing. When a rep edits a draft, the agent writes a skill from the edit, and once the rep approves that skill, future drafts follow it.

Why not connect ChatGPT or Claude to our CRM?

A general model connected to your CRM can answer questions about your deals. The Deal Agent also acts on what it finds. It sends the follow-up and updates the CRM through execution infrastructure Nooks already runs, including email domains and phone numbers kept in good standing so emails land in the inbox and calls connect.

It works from one shared memory of every account, and it checks each suggested move against how similar deals played out.

How is the Deal Agent different from an AI meeting assistant?

Nooks records and summarizes the call, and the Deal Agent picks up the deal from there. It preps a brief for each meeting on the rep's calendar, drafts the recap and next steps while the call is fresh, and sends the follow-up and updates the CRM, after rep approval if you require it.

Does the Deal Agent work with our CRM and call recordings?

Yes. It works with Salesforce and HubSpot, plus your calendar, Slack and Notion. Anything else connects over MCP. For call content, it uses recordings from Gong or from Nooks, so you don't need to record calls in Nooks.
