Before Nooks I had to manually click through each call task. Being that Nooks automatically logs calls and dispositions, I can get through the tasks much faster and I am booking more meetings as a result. I can get through a week's worth of calls in a couple of hours.

It's very easy to use, very little hassles or problems to find with it, and I love that there are rooms to have dialing sessions with your coworkers. It's almost like having your co-workers in the room with you. The reporting features are very easy to find and use, as are dialing filters and recorded calls. Everything and SDR and SDR leader needs is right at your fingertips.
