About the author
Dan Lee is the co-founder and CEO of Nooks, the Agent Workspace for intelligent outbound. Built for the AI era, Nooks brings reps and AI agents into one unified workspace where AI monitors real-time signals, surfaces the right prospects, drafts personalized outreach, and guides next actions — while reps focus on judgment and live conversations. Unlike legacy sales engagement platforms built for manual workflows, Nooks is CRM-first, signal-driven, and continuously learning, helping teams consolidate tools and generate more pipeline without adding headcount. Dan cofounded Nooks in late 2020 with Rohan Suri and Nikhil Cheerla, originally as a "virtual office" for remote teams. After noticing sales teams were the most engaged users on the platform, they pivoted to building the AI sales platform Nooks is today, trained on a dataset of over 100 million sales conversations. Before Nooks, Dan held machine learning roles at Scale AI and Cerebras Systems and studied AI at Stanford University. He has been recognized on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list for AI, and writes and speaks regularly on applied AI in go-to-market, the future of the SDR function, and how revenue teams can adopt AI without sacrificing pipeline quality.
