About the event

Sales teams have never had more intelligence. Follow-up still slips, deals still stall, and AEs still spend too much of the week managing the work around the sale instead of selling.

That isn't an accident. The AE job was built around one expensive problem: information was hard to get. So you hired people to go find it, make sense of it, and bring it into the room, and you split the team so research, qualification, and closing each had an owner.

The model rested on two assumptions. That more headcount meant more pipeline. And that the costly part of selling was assembling what you needed to know.

Neither one holds now. Information is cheap, and nobody has more hours in the week.

So what actually changes when agents start moving that work forward?

On October 22, Hannah Willson (CRO, Nooks) sits down with a Nooks customer to get specific: what agents can take on, where human judgment and relationships still decide the outcome, and what it takes to put this into practice on a real team.
