One year ago, we released our AI Coaching Assistant. Now, we have nearly 100 customers using AI Coach to onboard fast, develop high performing reps, and have fun doing it.

When we first launched AI Coach, we started with AI Training Bots and AI Scorecards. Training Bots analyze past calls to create realistic prospect simulations, so reps can practice their pitch without burning real conversations. Scorecards automatically listen to and grade calls, saving managers hours and helping them focus their coaching where it matters most.

These features have proven to be extremely powerful for customers. It’s how Seismic cut their ramp time by 40%!

Over the past year, we’ve expanded and improved AI Coach significantly, driving even more value across the board.
