Replit is an AI rocket ship. After growing from $2M to $250M in ARR, they set their sights on an aggressive $1 Billion goal. But getting there required a strategic shift.
Historically, Replit relied on a highly successful Product-Led Growth (PLG) motion. To hit their next milestone, they needed to proactively transition their free-tier users into massive Enterprise contracts. To achieve that, their outbound execution needed to be modernized.
Before Nooks, Replit’s tool stack lacked a powerful AI dialer. Reps were manually dialing accounts from their cell phones or using incredibly slow "click-to-dial" tools. To figure out who to call, the outbound team was forced to dive deep into complex data pipelines and CRMs just to find basic product usage data. The true test of the new outbound engine came during the launch of Replit's "Agent 4" product. The GTM team needed to execute at a massive scale to support the engineering push. They designed a coordinated blitz with a goal of reaching thousands of customers in just three days.
To hit those numbers, they relied on three major workflow upgrades that came with adopting the Nooks workspace:
