When we originally purchased Nooks, we were looking at it for a North America function. We were thinking about how we can scale one of our largest SDR functions. And as we got used to Nooks, we quite literally became obsessed with Nooks to a point where our global team wanted to use it as well. And so we found out it works really well for increasing conversion rates or talk time. Now it's time to scale this to our global organization.
